Green Team is an environmental group dedicated to the wellbeing of our environment. We are the first youth-run environmental group to communicate and join other branches in other schools to work towards a common goal. Our goal is one day becoming a stable non-profit organization where organized branches at different schools and areas can communicate with others and everyone at interschool meetings.
These meetings can give us goal ideas, supply lists, or even reports on trash levels. We want to connect schools together in a way never seen before, to all work towards the goal of protecting the environment that we have damaged so much, by spearheading the youth environmental movement. Currently the ocean is taking the blunt of the damage, but as heat is slowly released into the rest of the world and other environmental damage piles up, our window is closing to fix the damage we've caused. But there is still time, if we act fast enough and set our time and goals strategically, we can still protect the environment, and the natural world. Our world.
